 Lyrebird Luxury Apartments Terms and Conditions 

Thank you for booking with Lyrebird Luxury Apartments; these are our general terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully and call our office if you have any queries.

Please note that we have a NO REFUND policy and the following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival, 15% of the total
  • 30 days or less, 20% of the total tariff.
  • 7 days or less, no refund.

On the day of arrival a quick phone call as you are driving through Healesville (or Alexandra), will ensure a representative is available to meet you at the property you have booked. 

Check in time is 3:30pm on day of arrival and check out is 12:00 noon

No Pets of any description.

BOOKING CONDITIONS ­ FOR ACCOMMODATION

  1. Bookings may be made by telephone Phone 0411 460414 or email   info@lyrebirdatmarysville.com
  2. The person who makes the booking remains the "sole contact person" for communications.
  3. All bookings must be confirmed by payment of a deposit of at least 50% of the total tariff and the balance must be paid on arrival or the booking may be cancelled by Lyrebird Luxury Apartments with no refund of the deposit.
  4. Deposit may be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, money order or direct deposit by electronic transfer. Payment by cheque will only be accepted if payment is received if cleared funds at least 14 days prior to arrival.

    ACCOMMODATION ­ TERMS OF USE

  5. On weekends a 2 night minimum stay applies.
  6. On designated long weekends a 3 or 4 night minimum stay applies.
  7. Check in time is 3:30pm on day of arrival and check out is 12:00 noon.
  8. A Lyrebird Luxury Apartment representative is only available to check in guests between the hours of 3:30pm and 9:00pm. Please contact Lyrebird Luxury Apartments by telephone during office hours if you wish to make alternative arrangements for key collection.
  9. Lyrebird Luxury Apartments is not responsible if the chosen accommodation does not meet the expected style required. Please view accommodation at our website www.lyrebirdatmarysville.com prior to booking and call our office if you have any queries.
  10. Lyrebird Luxury Apartments is not responsible for any failure of utilities essential services and appliances. Please report any failures as soon as possible and every attempt will be made to contact the appropriate authorities or organize repairs.
    However, immediate repair may be beyond our control.
  11. No refund or discount will be deducted from tariffs for unusable appliances awaiting repair.
  12. Our couples tariff is for the master bedroom/ensuite only, additional charges apply for two persons requiring both bedrooms/ensuites.
  13. Visitors maybe received subject to notice to Lyrebird Luxury Apartments and subject to a possible fee per visitor. Any additional cleaning required as a result of gatherings is the responsibility of the "sole contact person". Such cleaning costs may be charged directly to you.
  14. Lyrebird Luxury Apartments is not responsible for the security of your belongings. Please ensure the accommodation is secure at all times.
  15. Accommodation will be serviced after 3 or 4 nights of a minimum of a 7 night stay when the following will be carried out: new linen provided, refresh service and bins emptied.
  16. Noise complaints: Only one warning will be issued; any further complaints will result in immediate eviction from the premises with no refund.

    DAMAGED OR MISSING PROPERTY

  17. Please notify Lyrebird Luxury Apartments immediately of any loss or damage to property including keys.
  18. Lost keys fee is $25 and any locksmith fees will be charged directly to you.
  19. If property linked to the accommodation is damaged, lost or taken during your stay, Lyrebird Luxury Apartments reserves the right to charge you the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

    ADDITIONAL COSTS

  20. Lyrebird Luxury Apartments reserves the right to debit your credit card, or send you an invoice for any amounts outstanding or any extra charges for cleaning, additional guests, extra bedrooms used, lost keys, repairs, or damage to property.
